Óscar Sousa
Óscar Sacramento de Sousa (born September 8, 1951) was defense and interior minister of São Tomé and Príncipe from 2003 to 2008, 2012 to 2014 and since December 2018. He also served as acting foreign minister for two weeks in March 2004,[1] and again from January 2006 to April 2006.[2]
