Özkan Zengin

Özgür Dengiz (born 1982) is a Turkish serial killer of gay men. He was nicknamed "The Well Driller Killer" because he threw his victims into a well.

Dengiz was born in Istanbul in 1982. He was unmarried. He worked as an dough worker in the oven. He started committing murder in May 2008 and killed four people by cutting their throats one month apart.

Dengiz was arrested on November 20, 2008. He told police that "the well was my piggy bank," he was sentenced to life in prison.[1]

His victims names Yaşar Mızrak (44), Mehmet Naci Zeyrek (30) and teacher Enes Arıcı (25). He reportedly confessed to killing Aziz Taşdemir ile Tarık Güzeller as well.[2][3]
