The 2021 Copa Paulino Alcantara will be the third edition of the Copa Paulino Alcantara, the domestic football cup competition of the Philippines.

Scheduling

The Copa Paulino Alcantara was not held in the 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic with the league tournament held under a bubble format.[1]

There are plans to be hold the Copa Paulino Alcantara once again for the 2021 season. The cup tournament is tentatively scheduled to start sometime after the June FIFA window. It is still to be decided on if the 2021 Copa will be held under a bubble format.[1]Ceres-Negros was the previous cup winner in 2019, beating Kaya-Iloilo, 2–1.

Participating clubs

All six clubs of the 2020 Philippines Football League are eligible to participate in the tournament. It is also expected that there are 2 new expansion clubs that will enter the league this season.[2]
