2024 European Men's Handball Championship qualification

Teams will compete for 20 places at the final tournament in two distinct qualification phases and one relegation round. In each phase, the teams will be divided into several pots according to their positions in the EHF National Team Ranking.[1]

Since only four teams participate in this round, no draw was needed.[2] This qualification will be played in a tournament format.[3]

The top two teams from phase 1 will qualify for the relegation round, alongside the highest-ranked European team from the 2021 IHF Emerging Nations Championship. The winner of this round will advance to phase 2.
