3rd National Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party
The 3rd National Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) was held in Vientiane on 27–30 April 1982. The congress occurs once every five years. A total of 228 delegates represented the party's nearly 35,000 card-carrying members.[1]
