A. B. Raj
Antony Basker Raj (21 April 1925 – 23 August 2020), also known as A. Bhaskar Raj in Sinhala cinema, was an Indian director of Malayalam movies. Since 1951 to 1960, he directed ten Singalese (Sinhala) movies followed by directing 65 Malayalam movies from 1963 till 1984. He also directed two Tamil movies. He was the father of National Award-winning actress Saranya Ponvannan. She is a leading actress in Tamil cinema. A. B.
