A.K. 56 is a 2012 Indian Kannada-language action film written and directed by Om Prakash Rao. It was produced by Silver Screen Pictures and released on 10 February 2012.

Production
It is Rao's 25th film.[4] Rao had directed AK-47 starring Shivaraj Kumar.[5] It is Siddanth's second Kannada film. RKD Studios bought the sole and exclusive rights of the film in Hindi and all other northern Indian languages.
Reception
The Times of India rated the film 3.5 out of 5 stars.[6]
