Aalia Neelum
Aalia Neelum is a Lahore based Jurist and Judge of Lahore High Court,[1] was born on 12 November 1966 in Lahore.[2][3] She graduated from University of the Punjab and earned Law degree of LL.B. from University Law College in 1995. She did Master in Political Science from Punjab University and entered in legal profession in 1996. She has been a practicing as an advocate Lahore High Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan.[4]

Biography
Aalia born and grew up in Lahore Pakistan and completed her educational profile in Lahore.[5] After graduating she secured LL.B. and M.A. in Political Science from Punjab University. She also did Diploma in Sharia Law from International Islamic University, Islamabad and B.Ed. from Punjab University, Lahore. She is Life Member Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan, Member of Swiss Arbitration Association and Associate member American Bar Association.[6] Aalia remained Chairperson free legal aid committee Punjab Bar Council, Lahore Division and Member executive committee Lahore Tax Bar Association Lahore (2000-2001).[7][8]
Appointment as Justice
As a busy lady lawyer she contributed and demonstrated a significant role in the Bar and society to promote justice. The President of Pakistan appointed her as Judge of Lahore High Court, Lahore on 12 April 2013.[9] Justice Aalia Neelum was nominated new sandicate member of Lahore College for Women University.[10]
