Aconagua Bi-Oceanic railway

The Aconagua Bi-Oceanic railway, or Corredor Bioceánico Aconcagua in Spanish, is a proposed railway including a 52 km base tunnel between Chile and Argentina. Corporación América, owned by Eduardo Eurnekian, proposed the project as a public–private partnership.[1]
