Ag Valley Railroad

The AG Valley Railroad is a switching and terminal railroad operating track in Chicago, Illinois, United States.[1] The railroad interchanges with the Chicago Rail Link and handles inbound loads of vegetable co-products, and outbound animal feed ingredients and bio-diesel feed stocks. Ag Valley is owned by Ag Valley Holdings.[2]

AG Valley Railroad Police Department is staffed with Police Officers / Special Agents who have primary jurisdiction over crimes committed against the railroad. The department is responsible for all AG Valley Railroad property, employees, and equipment. Railroad police are certified state law enforcement officers with investigative and arrest powers both on and off railroad property. They also have interstate law enforcement authority pursuant to federal law.

The AG Valley Railroad is located on 2701 East 100th Street near Chicago Rail Link's yard off of E. 104th Street in Chicago, Illinois.
