Aivar Kisel

Aivar Kisel (born September 12, 1992) is an Estonian professional basketball player, who plays point guard for the TUT Basketball club in men's 1st Division in Estonia.

Early career

Kisel was born in Tallinn, Estonia. He started his basketball career in first grade, by that time he was 7 years old. He first appeared in Youth A-Class League in 2008.

Professional career

Kisel's professional career started in 2009, when he was drafted by Marcus basketball club to play in men's 1st Division. By that time, his height was over 190 cm, which made him 6th man on the team. In 2012 he decided to join the university basketball team and now plays for TUT-s basketball team, also in the first division.

In 2011, he graduated Gustav Adolf High School, where he was recognized as one of the best players in the school's history. He was also granted with Honor Athlete award for his contribution for schools basketball team. In summer 2011, he applied to the Tallinn University of Technology and received a full scholarship.

Personal life

He has two sisters and one brother, all of them are younger. Kisel is 6 ft 5 in tall[1] and his weight is 200 lbs. His wingspan is 6 ft 8in. He has 28 inch vertical leap.
