Akshara Gowda
Akshara Gowda (born Harini Gowda on 24 December 1991 in gowda family in Bangalore, Karnataka) is an Indian film actress who has appeared in Hindi, Tamil and Kannada films. Akshara made a special appearance in Thuppakki[1] and played a role in the festival film Chitkabrey - The Shades of Grey.[2] She made her Bollywood debut in Priyadarshan's Rangrezz in 2013.[3] Akshara appeared in Ajith-Vishnuvardhan's Tamil film Arrambam.[4]

Early life
Gowda was born in Bangalore, Karnataka to father, the businessman JPS Gowda, and Gowri Gowda. She has a sibling Hamsa.S.Deepak and She has a younger sister, Harshitha, who was born in 1999. Gowda attended the New Cambridge High School in Bangalore, and then completed her pre-university studies at Vijaya Junior College, before going on to graduate from Engineering in SKIT college, Bangalore. While in high school, she played throwball at the state level and also had an interest in table tennis, while also being a regular participant in modelling shows.
Personal life
In April 2011, Akshara Gowda was linked to Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh.[5] However, Gowda immediately denied it and said it was mere media imagination.[6][4]
In a 2017 interview, Gowda spoke about her personal experience of overcoming depression.[7][8]
