Amanda Lovejoy Street

Amanda Lovejoy Street is an American actress best known for her work in How to Cheat, an award-winning feature film. She and her cast mates were awarded Best Performance in the Narrative Competition at the Los Angeles Film Festival.[1] She is also a commercial and stage actress.

Early life

The daughter of actress Rebecca Street, Amanda was born in Washington D.C. and raised in Los Angeles. She attended the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, with an emphasis in Photography and Literature. She also attended Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts through the Marymount London Drama Program in London, UK.

Career

Street starred in the feature films How to Cheat and Crutch. She received positive reviews for her performance in How to Cheat, being called a "beguiling newcomer"[2] and "fascinatingly offbeat."[3] Street has been featured in over 50 national commercials, including spots for Ford, Chevy, Chase bank, Walmart, and Disney.[4] She has appeared in numerous plays including Tommy Smith's Fugue,[5] Absinthe, Opium and Magic: 1920s Shanghai,[6] and Karl Gajdusek's Fubar.[7] She is a member of the echo theater company and of SAG-AFTRA.
