Anna Haugh (born 1980) is an Irish chef.
Biography
Born in Dublin, Haugh grew up in Tallaght. Haugh went to school in the Terenure Presentation Secondary School and trained on a professional cookery course in Dublin.[1][2] She began working with Derry Clarke of L'Ecrivain in Dublin. Haugh then moved to London where she worked Philip Howard, Shane Osborne and Gordon Ramsay. Haugh also worked with Gualtiero Marchesi in Paris. She founded a new restaurant which she named after Myrtle Allen in Chelsea.[3][4][5]
Haugh has been a chef on Ready, Steady, Cook[3] and a judge in an episode of the US Hell's Kitchen[4] and a new BBC show called Morning Live.[1]
