Ardozyga anthracina

Ardozyga anthracina is a species of moth in the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1904. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from New South Wales.[1]

The wingspan is 11–13 mm (0.43–0.51 in). The forewings are fuscous suffusediy irrorated (speckled) with dark fuscous, sometimes with a few whitish scales. The plical and second discal stigmata are obsoletely dark fuscous, each accompanied by a distinct white dot. The hindwings are grey, thinly scaled and semitransparent towards the base, darker posteriorly.[2]
