It is a co-educational institution open to children of all communities from LKG (Lower Kindergarten) to Class XII. It follows the syllabus of the Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE,[1][2] Allahabad and the medium of instruction is English. At present there are 3350 Students and 90 Teachers, 9 Administrative Staff along with 13 Support Staff.

This school ranked 18th in Noida for average score of Class XII with an aggregate of 76.864%[3] A summary of the academic performance in Class 12 exams, in the period 2014-2016 of the school is as below:[4]

History

The institution was established in 1987 as a minority institution at Sector- 33, NOIDA by the Nuns of the Franciscan Clarist Congregation engaged in the apostolate of Education, under the administration of Noida Assisi Sekchik Sanstha of the San Damiano Province of FCC, a registered charitable education society. The date of first opening of the School was on 25 March 1999.[2]

The campus of this school is located in Sector 33, NOIDA. Prominent nearby landmarks are RTO office, NTPC and NTPC township.

The school also has in its campus, Asha Sadan,[5] a rehabilitation house started by Prison Ministry India,[6] in initial collaboration with Kiran Bedi IPS,[7] for children of people who are in prison, unable to take care of them.

There is a Primary school with the same name in Sector 17 in the BHEL colony which is also run by FCC nuns.[8][9]

Library and Activities

The library is housed in the school itself and was built later with the auditorium. The School houses more than 15.5 thousand items and extensive computer resources for the study of science. There are labs and resources provided to the students.

The school won the NS Championship(Cricket) held at NS Cricket ground, Sector 127, Noida on 12 July 2017.[10]

The school won the First Talent Hunt Under-12 Cricket Tournament held at The Wisdom Tree School, Greater Noida on 12 August 2017.[11]

The school also participated in the World Earth Day Celebrations - ‘Harmonica-2017’ organised by Vishwa Bharati Public School on 21 April 2017.[12]
