Augusto Francisco Rocha (born 7 February 1935 in Macau) is a former Portuguese footballer who played as a forward.

Football career
Rocha gained 7 caps for Portugal and made his debut 13 April 1958 in Madrid against Spain, in a 0-1 defeat.
Family
Rocha's mother was Luisa Hai, a Chinese woman moving to Macau from Guangdong in 1920s. Rocha's father was a Portuguese man travelling to Macau. Rocha was named Lo Sec (羅錫) in Chinese. His son Miguel Rocha was also a footballer. After retirement, Rocha opened the Lung Wah Cantonese restaurant in Coimbra in 1971.
