Balay, founded by Esteban Bayona & José María Layrla, is a Spanish company, manufacturing domestic appliances, owned by the BSH Home Appliances Group. Headquarters were in Zaragoza, plants in Zaragoza, Pamplona, Estella, Vitoria and Santander.
