Black-billed hanging parrot
The black-billed hanging parrot (Loriculus philippensis bonapartei) is a shy hanging parrot native to the Sulu Archipelago of the Philippines.[1] Its taxonomic classification is controversial, some authors define the black-billed hanging parrot as a subgenus or subspecies of the Philippine hanging parrot,[1] while others consider it as another species of Loriculus.[1]
