Bosco was ordained a Catholic priest on 6 January 1973.[4]
Episcopate
On 28 September 1992, Bosco was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of the Roman Catholic diocese of Kaohsiung, Taiwan and Titular Bishop of Alexanum and consecrated as a bishop on 2 January 1993 by Paul Shan Kuo-hsi. He was appointed bishop of the Roman Catholic diocese of Tainan on 24 January 2004 by Pope Saint John Paul II.[4][5][1][3] His retirement was accepted on 14 November 2020.[6]
