Boukje Keulen
Boukje Keulen (born 2 December 1963 in Irnsum) is a Dutch former long track speed skater, who was active in the 1980s.[1] She also competed in long track speed skater and marathon speed skating.[2]

As a junior she participated at the 1981 World Junior Speed Skating Championships. Three years later Keulen represented her nation at the World Sprint Speed Skating Championships for Women in 1984, finishing 23rd overall.[3] She also competed at other international competitions, including at 1986-87 ISU Speed Skating World Cups.[3]
Between 1983 and 1989 she had a total of 20 starts at national championships. She became won the bronze medal at the 1987 Dutch Sprint Championships.[3]
She is the daughter of famous Olympic speed skater Atje Keulen-Deelstra.[1]
