Braveheart (video game)

Braveheart is a video game based on the film of the same name. It was developed by Scottish studio Red Lemon Studios[1] and published by Eidos for Windows on August 13, 1999.[2]

Gameplay

Braveheart is a mix of elements from classic strategy games with the realtime strategy genre.[3]

Reception

Adam Pavlacka reviewed the PC version of the game for Next Generation, rating it two stars out of five, and stated that "There are plenty of other strategy games out there. You can do better."[3] American video game website GameSpot rated the game with 5.1 out of 10 points.[4] Britain's PC Gaming World gave the game a score of 6.5/10. The magazine's John Bennett noted that he "struggled with Braveheart from the word go and in almost all departments."[5]
