Brenda Mallory (lawyer)
Brenda Mallory (born September 14, 1957)[1] is an American lawyer specializing in environmental law who is the director of regulatory policy at the Southern Environmental Law Center.[2]

Mallory served as general counsel for the White House Council on Environmental Quality in the Obama administration.
President Joe Biden has selected Mallory to serve as Chair of the Council on Environmental Quality in his administration.[3][4][5][6] She was sworn in on January 20, 2021.
