A reviewer from Publisher Weekly recommends The Legend of Holly Claus to "searching for a lush and leisurely Yuletide read."[2] The debut of the Holly Claus series was published by Harper Collins and marketed as part of the Julie Andrews Collection[3] along with children's books that were written by the actress Julie Andrews using the name Julie Andrews Edwards.[4]

Ballet
The First Holly DreamTree was in El Paso Texas 2007 with Thousands coming out to place their Dreams on the Holly DreamTree. 2015 A Christmas Ballet The Legend of Holly Claus has been made into a Christmas Classic ballet called Holly Claus: The Ballet of Dreams with the libretto by the author Brittney Ryan. Choreographed and directed by Idalee Hutson-.Fish [5]The Holly Ballet of Dreams was workshopped and performed at Christmastime to sell out performances. Children brought their dreams to the Holly Ballet of Dreams performances of what they dream to be and what they are going to contribute to the world with their dream. Holly Dreamtree's will be all over the world inspiring children to dream and change the world. A Dreamland sequence from Holly The Ballet of Dreams might be performed at some of these Holly DreamTree lightings.
Laurel Long artist and illustrator of all Holly Books is the visionary with Brittney Ryan for bringing this true classic to life for generations to enjoy. Laurel and Brittney worked with Couture fashion designer Richard Tyler with all the costume designs in the books. Tyler is the first couture fashion designer to influence a classic novel illustrations and costume design. Laurel Long is working on illustrations and sketches for the animated motion picture to influence the look of the film. Laurel Long and Brittney Ryan are doing a collectible storybook of Holly The Ballet of Dreams. The Holly Ballet of Dreams libretto is turned into this classic collectible storybook. It is a classic Ballet in a Book Holly The Ballet of Dreams. The actual book will be brought to life on stage-film with the scenes and backgrounds and costumes and ballet dancers.
Letter Writing
In 2005 the United States Post Office recognized the fictionalized setting of the Holly Claus novels as an address. Children can send mail to the main character from the novel by addressing their letter to: "Holly Claus, The Royal Palace, The City of Forever, The Land of the Immortals." The Post Office has assigned The Land of Immortals its own zip code of 90209-1225. Brittney Ryan replies to the letters from the perspective of Holly Claus.[6]
