CPAConnect

CPAConnect is an affiliate association of CPAmerica made up of small, independent Certified Public Accountant firms and sole practitioners with nearly 175 members in almost 40 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and Mexico. CPAConnect is an alliance of CPAmerica, Inc., one of the nation’s largest associations of major independent CPA firms. Both associations operate out of CPAmerica’s headquarters building in Gainesville, Florida. CPAConnect members have firm revenues of up to US$ 2 million, while CPAmerica firm revenues range from $2 million to $50 million.

History

Founded in 1994, CPAConnect was created by its parent association, CPAmerica. Within a year, membership had grown to 60 firms. By 2004, membership had expanded to include more than 150 firms and, by 2015, nearly 200 firms.

CPAmerica CPAConnect’s parent association, CPAmerica, Inc., is one of the largest associations of independent CPA firms in the United States. Its membership includes more than 70 firms with almost 170 offices in 40 states. Total personnel of these firms is more than 3,900 employees, which includes more than 690 partners. CPAmerica member firms vary in size from $2 million to $50 million in firm revenues. The average member size is approximately $9.8 million. The number of personnel at CPAmerica firms ranges from 15 to 325 employees.

Crowe Global Through CPAmerica, Inc., CPAConnect has international resources from Crowe Global. Crowe Global expands to over 200 independent accounting and advisory services firms in 130 countries, and has a combined firm revenue of $4.3 billion
