Cai Dafeng

Cai Dafeng is a current Vice Chairperson of the National People's Congress.

Sanctions

On 7 December 2020, Cai was sanctioned by the United States under Executive Order 13936 for his role in implementing the National Security Law in Hong Kong.[1][2]
