Caren Chammas

Karen Chammas is a Lebanese judoka. Chammas competed at the Singapore 2010 Youth Games and was placed 7th worldwide,[3] Continental Championships U20, and the 2012 Olympic Games where she tied for last place as she was defeated in the first round.[4][5] She won silver and bronze medals at the 2011 Pan Arab Games.

Chammas is the first female judoka to ever participate for Lebanon in the Olympic Games.

In 2014, Chammas grabbed two silver medals in the Asian Beach Games in Phuket, Thailand. The first one was in Beach Sambo (-64 kg) and second silver was in Beach Kurash (-63 kg)
