Carl Pfeiffer (architect)
Carl Pfeiffer (1834 Brunswick, Germany - 27 April 1888 Washington, D.C.) was an American architect.
He came to the United States at age 16 and resided several years in the west. In 1864, he moved to New York City where he became an eminent architect. His developments include:
- New Brighton, Staten Island
- Church of the Messiah
- City Hospital
- Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church
- Berkshire Apartment House
