Carradale House, Argyll and Bute
Carradale House is a mansion house near Carradale, Argyll and Bute, Scotland.[1] Built in the 17th century, the house was extended in 1844 for Richard Campbell and was designed by David Bryce and William Burn. A wing of the house was destroyed by a fire in 1969. Naomi Mitchison lived at the residence from 1939 until her death in 1999.[2]
