Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneshwar (CIPET; Odia: ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍ ଇଞ୍ଜିନିୟରିଂ ଓ ଟେକ୍ନୋଲୋଜି ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ(ଭୁବନେଶ୍ଵର)) is one the Central Governmental Research Institution of India, which was established in 1968 and is one of 15 Institute under Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (India). The institute offers Doctoral Programme in Polymer Science, Material Science and Plastics Engineering, Masters, Bachelor's degree Programs in affiliation with Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela, accredited by All India Council of Technical Education.[1]
