Ceratothoa

Ceratothoa is a genus of isopod ectoparasites of teleost fish,[1][2] first described by Dana in 1852. Infection by Ceratothoa can cause anaemia, lesions, growth retardation, emaciation, and mortality in their fish hosts.[2]
