Charlotte Valeur

Charlotte Valeur is a Danish former merchant banker and "corporate governance expert", and the former chair of the Institute of Directors, succeeding Barbara Judge.[1]

On 13 July 2020, Valeur revealed that she is on the autism spectrum.[2]
