Political career
He was elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan as a candidate of Pakistan Muslim League (Q) (PML-Q) from Constituency NA-65 (Chakwal-II) in by-election held on 14 October 2018.[2][3]
He is serving as a member of the following Standing Committees in National Assembly for the term 2018-2023:
- Standing Committee on Power (Chairman Committee)
- Standing Committee on Planning, Development and Special Initiatives.
