Clostridium algidixylanolyticum
Clostridium algidixylanolyticum is an obligately anaerobic, psychrotolerant, xylan-degrading and spore-forming bacterium from the genus of Clostridium which has been isolated from vacuum packed lamb in New Zealand.[1][3][4][5][6]
