Corps Warrant, 1926

His Majesty the King is empowered to declare, by Royal Warrant, what bodies of the Military Forces are corps for the purposes of the Army Act (enlistment, etc.), the Reserve Forces Act, 1882, and the Territorial and Reserve Forces Act, 1907.

The British Army Corps Warrant, 1926,[1] reads:

Note.-The order in which Corps and Regiments are listed in the Corps Warrant is not indicative of their relative precedence, which is as shown in column xv.
