Crocanthes platycitra

Crocanthes platycitra is a moth in the family Lecithoceridae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1931. It is found on New Guinea.[1]

The wingspan is about 20 mm (0.79 in). The forewings are clear light yellow with a very small fuscous basal patch, the edge is irregularly convex. There is a broad fuscous terminal fascia, occupying more than one-third of the wing, the edge nearly straight, slightly convex in the middle. The hindwings are grey whitish.[2]
