Crudia zeylanica
Crudia zeylanica was a species of legume in the family Fabaceae. It was found only in Sri Lanka. The Crudia zeylanica was thought to be extinct since 1988 but has been rediscovered with a Crudia zeylanica (tree) in Gampaha District, Sri Lanka. Now the Crudia zeylanica is in the Critically Endangered level. This is due to farming and environmental issues. The Crudia zeylanica (also known as the Sri Lanka Legume) produced a form of fruit.
