Daphne Major finch
The Daphne Major finch is a hybrid of the Española cactus finch (Geospiza conirostris) and the medium ground finch (Geospiza fortis). The breeding of two distinct parent species gave rise to a new lineage which only exists on Daphne Major island in the Galápagos.[1]
