David Finch (rugby league)

David Finch is a former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1970s and 1980s. He played at club level for Castleford (Heritage №) and Oldham (Heritage №), as a wing, centre, second-row, or loose forward, i.e. number 2 or 5, 3 or 4, 11 or 12, or 13.[1][2][3][4]

Playing career

County Cup Final appearances

David Finch played left-second-row, i.e. number 11, and scored 2-goals in Castleford's 10-5 victory over Bradford Northern in the 1981 Yorkshire County Cup Final during the 1981–82 season at Headingley Rugby Stadium, Leeds, on Saturday 3 October 1981.
