Daviesia horrida
Daviesia horrida, the prickly bitter-pea, is a species of flowering plant in the family Fabaceae, endemic to the south-west of Western Australia. It is a prickly shrub, growing to between 0.3 and 2 metres in height.[1] The red and yellow pea flowers are produced between July and November in its native range.[1]

The species was first formally described by Swiss botanist Carl Meissner in Johann Georg Christian Lehmann's Plantae Preissianae in 1844.[2]
