Debora Rabbai
Debora Rabbai, also known as Angora Deb, is an American voice actress based in New York City.

Biography
Rabbai is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.[1]
She is best known as the voice of Aika Sumeragi from Agent Aika, Rika Sena from Kare Kano,[2] Hakufu Sonsaku from Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny,[3] Leina from the Queen's Blade series,[4] as well as Futaba Murata and Nayuta Moriyama from Shingu.[5]
Rabbai is an accomplished improv comedian, and is the producer, co-creator and a performer in the musical comedy Broadway’s Next Hit Musical!.[1] She teaches improv comedy at the American Comedy Institute.[6]

the dub features a cast consisting of a mix of complete or near-complete newcomers and veterans most-known for their work in early 2000s dubs (Angora Deb, Jessica Calvello). Perhaps because of this, the dub quality is spotty. Ms. Deb sounds fine as Leina

The only major performance which consistently avoids this problem is Angora Deb's turn as Futaba, although, oddly, she doesn't entirely avoid this problem speaking in a more normal voice as Nayuta
