Dillwynia sericea

Dillwynia sericea is a small shrub in the pea family found across southeastern Australia.[1] The species is an upright shrub 50 cm to 1 m high with stiff hairy stems and linear leaves.

The species occurs in exposed heath, woodland and dry sclerophyll forest on a range of soils, and is known to occur in Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.

Dillwynia sericea has conspicuous yellow and red flowers, which appear between September and December.
