Dimitris Gizopoulos

Dimitris Gizopoulos from the University of Athens, Athens, Greece was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2013[1] for contributions to self-testing and on-line error detection of microprocessor architectures.
