E. L. "Shorty" Fuller

E. L. "Shorty" Fuller (17 November 1906 - 10 August 2000) was a photographer in Boise during the 1930s and 1940s. A collection of his negatives, scrapbooks and prints reside at the Idaho State Historical Society. Although Fuller was a freelance photographer, he began at the Associated Press and continued doing photography with the Idaho Statesman from 1937 to 1942. His photographs document street scenes, parades, and daily life in Boise at that time.[1]

He was born Evert Lewis Fuller in Michigan, USA, to William and Nora Fuller (née Wellington). He died in Langley, Washington, USA, in 2000. He was married to Hazel Gladys Fuller (née Seaman, 1902-2004).[2]
