Emily Carey

Emily Joanna Carey[1] (born 30 April 2003[2]) is an English actress and model. She is known for her roles as Grace Beauchamp in BBC One's Casualty (2014–2017, 2021) and Mika Cavanaugh in iPlayer and Netflix's Get Even.[3][4][5]

Career

As well as her roles in Casualty and Get Even, Carey also played the young Diana Prince (Wonder Woman), portrayed by Gal Gadot as an adult, in the Warner Brothers movie Wonder Woman (2017).[6][7][8][9][10] She appeared as a young Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider reboot film, released in March 2018.[11] Other work includes Mary Conan Doyle in the series Houdini and Doyle on FOX/ITV,[12][13] and West End Theatre roles in Shrek The Musical at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, and the Olivier Award-nominated The Sound of Music at Regents Park Open Air Theatre. She also appeared in the video for Idina Menzel and Michael Bublé's cover of "Baby, It's Cold Outside", playing a younger version of Idina Menzel.[14] Carey is listed in a Huffington Post article as one of the top five child stars of 2016.[15]

Carey plays the title role of Anastasia in Anastasia: Once Upon a Time film for Netflix.[16][17] Carey will portray Teen Wendy in the screenplay adaption of Laurie Fox's novel The Lost Girls. [18] She signed to IMG Models in 2019.[19]
