Enisa Nikaj

Enisa Nikaj (born March 5, 1996[1]) known professionally as Enisa is a Brooklyn-based pop singer, model and songwriter who became known for performing cover songs to artists such as Adele and Hozier, her cover of Hozier's song "Take Me To Church" became her first ever to hit 100,000 views on YouTube.[2] She released her debut single "Burn This Bridge" in 2016[3] and in 2020, she got massive acceptance from Nigerians when she released her single "dumb boy" which caused massive followership gains for her on Twitter. Amidst the buzz of her acceptance, she adopted the Nigerian-given name, Eniola.[4]

Enisa was born in Brooklyn, United States. She grew up listening to hip-hop artists such as Jay-Z and Usher as well as Albanian music due to her parents' influence. She started posting cover songs on her YouTube channel in 2015.[5]
