Eric Bauer
Eric "The Landlord" Bauer (born 9 February 1975) is an American professional wrestler, based in Buffalo, New York. He is best known for his in ring work with Mikey Everynite, together becoming NCW Tag Team Champions.

Bauer is a grappling trainer at Grapplers Anonymous, a Buffalo-based, wrestling training studio, founded in 2015.
A native of Le Roy, New York, Bauer moved to Buffalo in 2001 after serving in the United States Army and in 2019 became entrenched in the local independent wrestling scene.
Along with his in ring contributions, Bauer is also responsible for having co-created several live recordings with longtime collaborator Michael Everynite for Daddy Yeah Productions and Nickel City Wrestling
Bauer has created and wrestled as a member of Daddy Yeah Productions, Southern Tier Wrestling, Empire State Wrestling, Nickel City Wrestling and International Wrestling Federation.
