Farah Sheikh

Farah Jameela Sheikh (pronounced 'Shake')[1] is the 2013 US Ladies Collegiate Figure Skating National Champion.[2][3][4][5][6][7] She is from Lexington, Kentucky.[8]

Career

She began skating as a preteen.[9] She trained in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan at the Detroit Skating Club under coach Julianne Berlin, a world-level figure skating coach, Yuka Sato, Anjelika Alexeyevna Krylova, Aaron Parchem and Jason Dungjen.[10][11] Sheikh was the Figure Skating Michigan State Champion twice during high school.[12][13][14]
