Farid Uddin Ahmed
Farid Uddin Ahmed is a Bangladeshi academic and the current Vice-Chancellor of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.[1]

Education and career
Ahmed completed his masters in economics degree from Monash University.[2] He served as a professor of the department of economics and the dean of faculty of social sciences at the University of Dhaka.[1][2]
Ahmed is the current president of the Federation of Bangladesh University Teacher's Association (FBUTA).[3]
