Fazillah "Faz" Abdul Gaffa is a Singaporean writer, editor and stylist.

Early life

Gaffa was born in Singapore on June 23, 1986. She is of Indian descent. She has written about her experiences of racism and bullying as a child.[1]

Career

Faz is a beauty, lifestyle and fashion writer, editor and stylist. She has written work for publications all over the world, such as Refinery29, August Man magazine, Today newspaper, TIME OUT magazine, Silver Kris and Beats. She has also been a beauty writer for xoJane and has also edited for xoVain, and contributed regularly to Bustle. She does her part to stand against racism in her writing. She is a mental health awareness advocate, creating a community called My Safe Sphere, a year after a father passed away from cancer.

Personal life

Gaffa is married to an American writer as of 2015.
